Our company is always looking for unique opportunities to invest in any type of distressed real estate that makes sense for us and our investors.  We are looking for turnaround situations where we can create value for our investors by improving a property. We are cash investors and we typically purchase distressed real estate at 65% to 70% of current fair market value. We are specialists at acquiring distressed properties, repairing these properties and then either selling them or holding them as investment properties.

Typically this type of opportunity occurs where the owner of the property is in foreclosure or where the properties have been damaged or mismanaged to the point where the property is either completely vacant or the vacancy rate is very high. Many of the properties that we purchase are purchased directly from the bank or the lenders. We especially like and are very active in lower income multifamily apartment buildings where the building has been mismanaged and the lender has had to foreclose. We are also very active in residential real estate and we are acquiring many single family homes throughout the State of Florida for the purposes of buying, fixing and renting these properties for cash flow.  

Our company specializes in acquiring real estate at below market prices, repairing and managing the property and then reselling the property for fair market value either immediately or in the future.  We are willing to entertainJoint Ventures with lenders and with sellers of properties that are distressed.  We are looking for unique turnaround situations where the property has been mismanaged and there is significant upside potential for our investors. We are looking for ugly properties with low occupancy rates that have been mismanaged and affordable single family homes throughout the State of Florida.
